Kalsang Tanzin joins us to talk about her journey with the struggles of making connections as an immigrant and the responsibilities of becoming a leader. Moving from India, Kal thought she immediately stood out, where it was hard to find people without a network. However, when interviewing with LinkedIn, they saw she was open to giving up a lot for this opportunity. This strengthened her relationship with LinkedIn, currently as the Head of Enterprise Relationship Management, North America for LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions Business.
At LinkedIn, she continues to find connections and constantly be inspired by them. She also speaks on leadership, and how important it is to be led by great leaders in order to become one in the future. With leadership, you learn the importance of confidence and how you can achieve more.
