Description

How a busy Mum of 3 boys was able to lose weight, keep it off and make exercise part of her daily life. 

Even though she has a son with a rare disability who requires lots of additional care, as well as 2 busy boys. She works part time, studies & also is an amazing artist. 

Hayley has been able to maintain her fitness routine for over 6 years. She meal preps, makes food fit in with her appointments to support her goals.  

She inspires all of us at  Elliott’s PT. Hayley does my group class sessions, she is also a Member of the lIttle Black Dress Project. This is where she has been able to learn all of her healthy habits & she has managed to maintain those habits over the years. 

The thing to take away from this how you can also make it work to with a busy lifestyle.
