A quick reminder to all my clients and to all who started their fitness journey.

One of the most important factors that you must consider is SLEEP.

If you're not getting sufficient sleep. 70% of all the weight you'll lose will come from Lean Muscle Mass and not Fat. You're body when it's fatigued it wants to hold on to those fats basically your body becomes stubborn in giving up those fats. 

So when you are trying to do your best to watch your diet and try to do intense workouts and you lack sleep you are most likely gonna lose what you are trying to keep.

So just always remember that for you to be successful in your fitness journey you have to make sure you know the 3 most important foundations that I consider me and those are

1. Consistency 

2. Nutrition 

3. Sleep
