Generally the things we worry about don't
even exist. SO many conversations I've had with people and the things that worry them the most:

😔Will I be judged?
☹️Will I be able to keep up?
😕Will I be fit enough?
😟Will I look stupid not knowing what to do?

I hear this a lot and on occasion it holds people back from committing. But the special thing is
A few weeks and months into their new journeys
The language changes into:

🙋🏻‍♀️I want to train more
☝️I want to get a pull-up
🥗I want to dial in my nutrition
🏋️‍♀️I want to work on my weightlifting

🤩Those initial fears soon become fleeting fears
