Do you have an "all or nothing" mentality?

This mindset can cause you to give up, feel like a failure and get trapped into constantly starting over every Monday morning.

Friends, you don’t have to be perfect to see progress.

I hear it day after day.

❌I blew it with lunch, so I might as well just quit.

❌I don’t know how to track this, so I’m just going to order whatever I want instead.

❌ I wasn’t able to work out, so I’ll skip dinner.

But guess what?

Progress doesn’t come from perfection!

It comes from trying even when you can’t get it perfect.

✅ It comes from eating one cookie instead of your usual 10.

✅ It comes from going for a walk, even if you planned to go to the gym.

That, my friend, is where the changes happen. Just making a better choice when the perfect one isn’t an option.

The key to lasting habit change is to ditch your “all or nothing” thinking.
