Here we are again Girlfriend… We’re showing up and advocating for ourselves. I’m so excited and honored to have you here with me.

Today’s Episode is about Community, and how important it is to stay connected with groups and individuals that are aligned with our growth path.

• Be the small thing (butterfly) that can have a HUGE impact. 
• I refer to the AA 12 Step Program, and how “community” (fellowship) makes it successful.
• Reach out! Even though this journey is personal, there are others walking through it. CONNECT.
• Also talking about other community examples, where connection helps with accountability.
• Even when someone close to us isn’t on board with our new action steps, WE can still TRANSFORM.
