What are the basics of marketing? Where do you start when it comes to marketing?
There are three key elements at play, your brand, sales and your marketing, and if they're not all working together then trust me your customers will know!
In this episode I want to bring your focus to the customer.
Regardless of where you are in the journey of your business getting the basics in your business right are key to customer experience!
The fundamentals (and yes I am talking documents, website, customer service, sales process, all collateral, invoicing, brand messaging, social media look and feel) are the things we need to get right from the beginning in order to make a real and lasting impression on your customer!
I manage to use the word consistency again.
Everything across the board should be consistent. All the little basic 1% things are the things that people remember.
One tip I can suggest is to write a list of everything that you need to have in your toolbox to go to market with.
When you see a brand set up well, every touch point with the customer is the same.
