Right at the beginning of the podcast journey, I recorded an episode on Reiki with Liz but the quality is not brilliant. So I decided to ask two of my students back to revisit the topic of Reiki, Liz Cattermole and Louise Munson. We talk about how we initially heard about Reiki and the experiences we have had along the way with ourselves, our families and our clients. We also talk about the common statement 'Reiki changed my life' and whether we consider that to be true, and also whether we would recommend becoming attuned to Reiki.
