Liz and I chat about how beneficial breathwork can be for our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies, as well as the essential oils that we can use with our breathwork practises. I have always found breathwork incredibly difficult, but it has also been incredibly healing. It is well worth having a daily breathwork practise as well as having individual sessions with a breathwork teacher, or attending a workshop.
