A great chat with my friend and energy peer Susie Smith of Aiya Star Sounds, about the energy around the Winter Solstice. We talk about how we can drop into our heart space to connect to our heart desires and heart led goals for the coming year, and how to let go of what we no longer want to hold onto. It has left me very excited about the coming year and what we can all achieve personally and as a community.
I am sorry about the banging and barking in the background!! A busy household isn't the best place to record podcasts. Maybe one of my goals for 2023 is to find a quiet space to record in peace. Now that is food for thought. As you may know I have been renovating my new house for the last 18 months or so, and maybe this will be an extra project. I will let you know.
