Coach Madison was inducted into the American Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame, the University of Kentucky Athletics Hall of Fame and the Kentucky High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame for his storied career that began at the age of 26 as the youngest head baseball coach in college baseball. After leading the University of Kentucky baseball program for 25 years and amassing over 730 victories he retired from SEC coaching and has been involved with SCORE International since 2006, taking baseball teams and coaches on mission trips to the Dominican Republic.

In this Part-2 Episode, Coach Madison shares some incredible coaching and leadership wisdom from his decades of experience. Coach Madison discusses learning how to be himself as a young head coach in the SEC, the importance of relationships with his players, how being organized created leadership credibility and how fulfilling it is to serve.
