Description

In this episode of problematic unapologetic gibberish, I elaborate on the African American Vernacular English dialect used by many Brown Skinneded people in America. My commentary delves into how we use our own language and culture in regressive fashion.  AAVE has become extremely popular due to social media and has a plethora of individuals from different ethnicities using the dialect. With advances in technology and media, it is important for black people to understand how we represent ourselves. Not for the public, but for our own well-being.

Even more important, we as black people need to do a better job of supporting each other despite personal situations. When we recognize someone of our own that is a little different, we are too quick to chastise them. This is ugly, love our brothers and sisters for who they are. AAVE is used differently by all black people of this nation. Not one person should have to prove their "blackness" when we are all obviously just a bunch of,,,,,    :^}
