Our first episode! Fun With Horror is a new weekly movie review podcast in which we give each other movies to watch and then discuss them the following week. We only have two rules we’ve given ourselves: Whoever picks the next movie must pick one they’ve never seen, and we both have to watch that movie before we discuss it. In this episode, your hosts discuss the 1979 classic, “Tourist Trap”, as well as dive into what got them into horror movies. At the end of the episode, Scotty chooses their next movie!
“Tourist Trap” was directed by David Schmoeller, and stars Chuck Connors, Tanya Roberts, and Jocelyn Jones. In this early slasher, a bunch of young friends happen upon a remote roadside museum where a bunch of mannequins seems to move by themselves.
