You’ve probably had a facial and your esthetician has sent you home with a lineup of products and a routine for you to try out but Shannon Early, the Founder & CEO of Pomp Beauty, didn’t understand why you always had to pay for a service to receive these recommendations. Shannon talks about the importance of understanding that not everyone has the luxury of being able to receive in person treatments, but wants that one-on-one advice from an expert. Shannon not only had the consumer in mind, but also the esthetician. You might typically run to your derm for this advice, but why go there when your esthetician is the one working with the products directly with sources all day? Shannon wanted to create a space for the consumer to get the advice wanted without a service involved + a space for the esthetician to share their knowledge and work remotely and therefore, Pomp was created!
