Cedrick Hall joins us this episode to talk about the impact of what he seen growing up around married couples and being raised by both of his parent and how that has impacted him as a father. As a single father, after becoming rather recently divorced, he speaks to parenting through divorce and how separate households impacts the child and how to work together to successfully co-parent. One of his therapeutic sayings is about “being intentional” which he undoubtedly stresses and we pick on him about. Nevertheless, he speaks about guardianship and how that has changed his life and how that has also taken a toll along with what he has learned through that experience. Enjoy!
