I recently had an experience with Burnout. I needed to step away from my student life and gain a new focus and a new perspective. The break was necessary to renew my mind and refresh my energy to establish a new plan to continue. Burnout is physical, emotional, mental and spiritual exhaustion. Doing too much for too long. We should be doing what we love and experience a life full of joy. Have a listen to see how my break created the joy I needed.
