Mark and I follow up on what we discussed in Episode 21. We come up with a plan on how to solve conflicts within our family.

How do you make a plan?

Take time to identify the following components:

  1. Who-Who are the key players involved in the conflict?
  2. What-What actions or behaviors created the conflict?  What is each person's part?
  3. When-When does this conflict occur? Is there a pattern when a conflict happens?
  4. Why-  Look in the mirror-How much of this conflict did I cause?
  5. How-How do we shift a behavior to take a step into resolving the conflict in a positive way?

How do we use this plan?  When a conflict arises, follow these steps:

We'd love to hear how this has worked for you. What have you tried, and what worked? What didn't work?
