Many of us have stressful days; some are more stressful than others. Even on those days, expressing gratitude can help with your thyroid and all aspects of your health.
For me, keeping a gratitude journal has been an essential part of my day, and I know there are always things I am grateful for whenever I sit down to write at the end of the day.
