Social media offers so many benefits, but to be honest, it causes a lot more problems than it's worth.  When it comes to mood, self-esteem and mental health in general, social media has so many negative impacts on us, and we need to learn how to be mindful of our limits and how to manage our social media consumption. You can absolutely have healthy social media consumption, but you need to make sure you're taking the right steps to support that.
