Season 1 with Christina Philburn and Patrick Harris - Many of us think of meditation as that thing we do in the morning before we start our day, and mindfulness as what we do throughout the day. Well, mindfulness and meditation are, in fact, highly related. But so many of us in the Western World get hung up on the word meditation and these hangups can even prevent us from experiencing the deep, transforming benefits of mindfulness in our lives.
Our goal on this podcast is to dispel any confusion and make mindfulness as accessible and understandable as possible. In this first episode, our co-hosts introduce themselves, we discuss whether or not the world needs another podcast about mindfulness, and then we start unpacking the meaning behind the name. Enjoy!
