Today's topic is something that I've had to go through and practice on myself quite a bit and realize it's amazing and I have so many benefits and I want to share it with you. Now, I believe I've shared this before maybe a couple of times, probably in a variety of ways, and it's always good to bring this one up again because we all need that refresher, myself included.
