Many people feel embarrassed that they see a therapist, and this type of shame and stigma can prevent some people from seeking help. Sometimes, people wait until things are really bad and they're no longer able to function without mental health support. I'm all about being proactive and empowering people to take care of their health every single day. In this episode, I shed some light on THERAPY and what it means to see a therapist and to talk about your emotions and to build a relationship with your therapist.
