This week, we have Donna Tashjian from Vibrant Living! Donna is a speaker, coach and mentor who founded Vibrant Living International - a nonprofit to help people live to thier fullest potential across the world. She shares from her years of experience as a coach as well as from her own story of being a teenage mom. She faced hopelessness, self-coubt, shame, fear, loneliness but overcame those emotions by exposing lies so the truth can shine through!
Join Sue and Donna's discussion in answering this week's question:
I've always been the "nice" girl - though I'm grateful for this, sometimes I find that I feel trapped in this "identity". If someone mistreats me or acts inapporpriately towards me, I often feel like I feeze and don't know how to stand up for myself. If I do, I will no longer be "nice" or "loving" I want to be delivered and able to practice loving even when it's saying "no".
