"Life is so busy all the time. This seems to be the American-Christian way. I know I am to sit still and know that He is God, but I'm not sure what it's supposed to look like and still be able to care for my family, work, church responsibilities, friendships and myself. My days are often filled with anxiety to get everything done. Any suggestions?
