Description

When someone says that someone is uncoachable or lazy, it makes me want to stab my ears out – and fast. Calling someone uncoachable is not only mean and really fucking judgmental, but it also serves no purpose. Never has anyone been called that and then immediately done self reflection work to understand why they are the problem.

It’s not helpful.

On today’s episode of Stop Shoulding all Over Yourself we’re going to talk about what it means to be COACHABLE and what it means to be UNCOACHABLE.

We’ll tease out why you may have heard that from a boss, leader, or a coach and how you can set yourself up to find the RIGHT coaches for you, so that you feel good about the money you invest in them, and happy about the results.

Remember, you’re paying someone to help you grow, not to make you feel like shit. And the two are NOT mutually exclusive.

This week is still live as I migrate over to Patreon.

We’ve already got it up and running – and you’re welcome to join us at http://www.patreon.com/minessa where we will continue the conversation!
