Several years ago I literally almost worked myself to death. My body had been shouting at me for months that I was working too much - I needed a break. But I didn’t know HOW to make progress in my business, stay present, AND ALSO make sure I had time to take care of myself.
If I’m being honest - I felt like I had to make the choice. Either it was self care or feeding myself.

All of this came from NOT hustling. It came when I stopped doing the things other coaches were telling me to do and started listening to my intuition.
