This is the time of year when we usually reflect upon our accomplishments, look back on our businesses and our lives and consider what we are grateful for, and what we may want to do for the next year.
If you’re an empath, it’s also a tough time to focus - you’re likely impacted with seasonal depression, and motivation is hard to come by. Managing both the excitement of the new year and the dullness of the season is challenging, but not impossible.
Today’s podcast is going to be a bit different - today I want to talk about how you might want to approach planning next year in a less INTENSE way, that will still keep you going.
As a BONUS - We will also be talking about Facebook in the coming year, and what you can expect from it.
Note: This is a LIVE recording of the Stop Shoulding all Over Yourself podcast with a Q&A after! Please ask your questions while we’re recoding and we’ll go through them at the end!
