Description

I used to hate asking for help. ESPECIALLY in my business. I have ADHD and as a kid I was always told I’d do so much better in school if I just “applied myself.” They made me feel stupid and incompetent.

Asking for help only reminded me of feeling weak and small and incapable. And for years I let that story KEEP me from having the life that I desired.

❌ I hesitated to ask for help because I was afraid people would think I didn’t know what I was doing

❌ Since I wasn’t entirely sure HOW to ask for what I needed, I was terrified I’d look stupid or incompetent

❌ Other people are busy with their own lives and their own businesses, I don’t want to bother them

So I lived in my own little bubble. I was lonely and isolated even though I was SURROUNDED by other business owners who also weren’t talking to each other for similar reasons.

We’re all alone. But we’re all together.

It wasn’t until I started TALKING to these women that I discovered that the ones who were doing really well understood something fundamental about business and life.

YOU CANNOT DO IT ALONE. TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU NEED A TEAM OF PEOPLE AROUND YOU. AND IT DOESN’T HAVE TO  COST YOU A PENNY.

Come join me today as we talk about how to stop feeling like we’re business owners on an island and create a powerhouse community of women who TALK to each other!

Note: This is a LIVE recording of the Stop Shoulding all Over Yourself podcast with a Q&A after! Please ask your questions while we’re recoding and we’ll go through them at the end!
