We know up to 1 in 3 women experience the birth of their baby as traumatic, this trauma can result from not only what happens during labour and childbirth, but also how a mother feels as a result of her experience.

Finally Megan explains some of the common experiences she is presented with when a patient has experienced birth trauma, the best ways to address this trauma, how to seek the right help and support and the trends that are occurring during the pandemic and lockdowns regarding mental in health in women after having a baby.
