What did you just say, Wolfe?  Actions don't make us feel??  But I always feel better after ________.  I always feel bad after ________ happens.  What say you to that?!?

If this is going on in your brain right now, welcome.  Welcome to the offering of doing the hard work to up-level ourselves and have fun along the way.

In this episode, you'll learn more about what Actions are and how Actions are not responsible for creating our feelings.  

Because I love examples so much to illustrate my point, I'm using a Circumstance that most all educators across the globe can relate to: current student data.

I take this (neutral) Circumstance and create two totally different Models with it to show the power of our Actions after we feel emotions.

Spoiler: one of the emotions is Overwhelm and the other emotion is Commitment.

How do you think you act when you are feeling these emotions?  Not at the same time, mind you.  

I'll guide you through lots of Action possibilities from both of these emotions so you can find yourself within them.
