Description

Each of us will have heavy days.
We will allow ourselves to feel the weight of what's going on in our lives without judgement or trying to fix it.
But when do we allow this on "special" days like Mother's Day, Christmas, New Years, our birthdays, Thanksgiving, or any other time when we are expected to enjoy and just be happy?
This past Mother's Day, I had several reasons for feeling heavy, feeling low, and simply not wanting to be in a good mood for the sake of others around me.
Listen in on how I managed this time and what I did in response to the heaviness I felt during a day when everyone was wishing me a happy day and hoping it was a great one.
