Here we are for our next Extra Credit Episode on how to process emotion.  In the episode previous to this one, I talk about the difference between describing emotions with words like anger, frustration, love or motivation and the physical sensations that those emotions are connected to.

I’ll guide you through getting in touch with these physical sensations so you can learn and notice how these vibrations in our body come and go and, ultimately, have no power over us to behave in a certain way without our consent.  

Before we start, its important to explain that I will be asking you to recall the last time you felt an emotion you enjoyed, like happiness or love, as well as an emotion that was uncomfortable for you like failure, frustration or anger.  

You are the one who decides to listen through this guided processing of emotion.  

You are also the one who is most in tune with your readiness to do this work.
