Today the Perfectly Pl@nted team had the pleasure of interviewing one of their own. Dr. Daphne Bascom is the Vice President for Population Health at Saint Luke’s Health System. Daphne has a long history of health coaching and working in the community. On today’s episode Vesime interviews Daphne about a new community program that has launched in Kansas City called REACHN.
