During this episode, we speak with Reggie Calhoun Jr., founder of RPA College and RC7 Sports. RPA combines prep school and the college experience to prepare athletes to compete at the collegiate level. His program helps athletes develop life skills, hone sports talents, and prepare for future careers. Reggie describes how athletes can utilize NIL opportunities to supplement scholarship dollars to help fund their academic careers. Reggie discusses the importance of understanding marketing, branding, and the entrepreneurial spirit to enhance NIL opportunities.
RPA’s Director of Media Eryon Jefferson also joined the conversation. Eryon was RPA’s first recruit, he is now the founder and owner of ERJ Media and we works closely with Reggie to promote RPA’s mission.
