So much of the conversations around breakups seem to focus only on the “glow up,” “breakup bod,” "show him what he's missing", etc., which can be pretty toxic when it’s often not how we actually feel going through it. A big part of the process is feeling the grief and sadness at the end of the relationship, which shows up in a lot of different ways.
