Description

In this episode, we’re talking about opening up to your friends about depression and how to be there for your friends when they do. We cover all the things NOT to say, give a little look into why it's so hard for people with depression to reach out, and talk about being a safe place for your friend to open up when they're depressed. Being or becoming someone who is safe for your friends to open up to about these issues can be a game-changer for the depth your friendships can reach. We're sharing our stories of how depression shows up in our friendship so hopefully by the end of it, you not only feel less alone but more equipped to break down barriers between you & your besties.
