Description

Being alone doesn't always mean lonely - but it can be pretty damn uncomfortable sometimes. We fill our lives to the brim with relationships, work, friendships, etc. that we often don't really know how to be alone. In this episode, we’re covering some of the details of singlehood - our experiences going from in-a-relationship to single, how being single can be amazing for you, and a little bit of perspective on how to be okay with - and maybe enjoy - being alone.
