In today’s episode, we share our experiences starting therapy, talk about good vs. bad uncomfy feelings, and provide some helpful tips we’ve learned trying to navigate the tangled web that is mental health care. Getting over the stigma and deciding to seek out therapy is a huge accomplishment. Finding a therapist you actually like is a whole other task. We’ve been on this bumpy road for a decade (?!?) so we’ve learned a few tools that make it a bit easier.
