In this episode, Jonah and Patrick pick up on last week's theme of Looking Forward into 2021 by contemplating the image of the "Star of Grace" in the midst of the Epiphany season.
They begin by looking at the Epiphany Liturgy, and discuss the birth of Epiphany "Season" within The Christian Community. They explore the imagery of Son and Sun, as well as "true light" of the Star of Grace as opposed to "false light" and how to discern between the two. Jonah tells a story about an experience his father had of recognizing this Star of Grace. Patrick and Jonah close the conversation by discussing the courage needed to have humility in the midst of our shortcomings and failings.
