We highly recommend listening to all seven episodes, but thought it might be interesting to reconsider the subject of prayer, particularly in light of our recent focus on Christian shadow work. Prayer is invaluable as we wrestle with perceiving ourselves accurately, bearing the pain and suffering we are responsible for bringing into the world, and receiving the strength to integrate our shadows in a way that bears fruit.
