Todd removes himself to clear his mind. Exercise is always good in this scenario. Accumulate wins. Have a to-do list and a done list.
It's also important to understand the things you feel are normal and OK to feel.
I don't always feel confident, how can I change that?
Recognize as a business owner you're in a very small group of people.
