I'm not sure where it originates but I remember Dave Hollis saying this quote, "if you're not growing, you're dying" and I think that it a really powerful quote.
I want you to find a way to challenge yourself for the next 7 days. Pick what it is, commit, and then do it! It's just 7 days and when you reach the goal, you're realize that it is so much more than that!
