Jon Posner has been in love with mountain biking since 1993. Throughout college, he balanced racing with his studies, earning a Business Management and Sports Marketing degree from UMBC in 2005. He then managed the Trek/VW National Team, winning a National Super D Series Championship. After returning home in 2007, he continued his cycling passion as a Race Pace Bicycles manager and led cycling initiatives statewide. In 2017, Jon left his job to launch Maryland's NICA league, which now serves over 1,000 families each season.
