Tricia Lindsay is an attorney from the NYC area and gained a dose of well-deserved fame for here fiery speech before a demonstration of protesters on a frigid February afternoon in Albany, NY. She and the thousands gathered that day were seeking redress from a state government which, like the Federal government "above" it, had been trampling Constitutional rights with the pronouncement of ordinances and mandates that have stripped citizens of their Constitutionally enshrined, inherent civil rights.
I sat down with Tricia and we discussed, among much else, the principle of the Lesser Magistrate as a fundamental bedrock of our individual rights - and duties - as best enumerated in the 10th Amendment.
