Ghostface is back! Only this time, he's leaving Woodsboro and headed for the big city, the big apple, New York City. After the events of Scream V, Sam and Tara Carpenter along with their surviving friends Chad and Mindy, have moved to NYC in hope to leave what happened in Woodsboro far behind them. But when reports of a Ghostface killer start showing up in the city, it seems like they just can't leave the past behind. They are joined by Gale and Kirby in hopes of solving this mystery of who this new killer could be before it's lights out for all of them.
