Description

This week, Documenta and Dingle discuss Charles M. Blow's lyrical 2014 memoir Fire Shut Up in My Bones and its fabulous new opera adaptation by Terence Blanchard and Kasi Lemmons, the first opera by a black composer in the Metropolitan Opera's nearly 140-year history! WTF!

Also mommies, lobsters, and a barnful of big scary puppets.
