Judging in the Bible:
- God will judge everyone (Hebrews 9:27, 2 Cor 5:10)
- God appoints judges on this earth (1 Peter 2:13-14)
- Believers must judge between good and evil (Romans 12:2)
- Believers should judge teachers/teaching (Matthew 7:15-16)
- Believers will judge with Christ on the final day of judgement (1 Cor 6:2-3, Daniel 7:22)
- Believers should judge believers in Christian love (1 Cor 5:12)
1. Don’t be a critical person
2. Judge yourself before you judge someone else
- We need God’s help
- We need others’ help
3. All correction should be motivated by love
4. People won’t care what you know until they know how much you care.
