-Current leaders won’t let go
-New leaders won’t step up
4. Consumer Christians view the church as a SERVICE PROVIDER
5. Mature Christians view the church as a place to PROVIDE SERVICE
6. Multiplying Leaders will lead to a Multiplication of Impact
