It’s hard to know how to navigate the rough waters in the moment because you’re tossed all around. But for me, right after that tumultuous moment, I got really clear on where we were going. We looked at the data instead of emotion. Cut programs, cut staff hours, and went for the long game instead of in the moment. Here’s a bit about my process.
