Description

It was a hard $7000 lesson but it taught me more about how to serve clients than anything else has in a long time. Instead of resenting the money spent I'm sharing with you my experience, the takeaways, and what we learned about continuing to improve our services. 

In season 3 of the podcast we’re diving into the stuff no one talks about as it pertains to running an agency. Things like burnout, systems vs. processes, trading time for dollars, education, and keeping yourself in learning more. It’s the conversations that usually happen in the margins at events while having lunch. The ones where you take away an ah-ha moment you’ll never forget.
